This is a one off for the Shroppie. We are pleased to present Joel Owen who is a twenty one year old singer songwriter hailing from Leicester now living and making his mark in London. Having been actively involved with music from a young age, it was in 2005 that Joel first began writing and performing his uniquely distinctive form of soulful, acoustic folk-blues. Immediately impressing local crowds across the midlands, by 2006 Joel had released his first album on ‘Musician Records’, an independent label based in Leicester.
